A local recreation league registered with the national Protect Our Nation’s Youth (P.O.N.Y.) organization!
Registration begins July 15, 2021
The goal of this program will be to offer current and aspiring baseball and softball players the ability to develop their skills by providing an additional schedule of games and practices where skill development will be stressed.
Open to boys and girls ages 4 through 18*
Varies by age group from $115-$180 Registration Fee - Baseball = T-shirt and hat. Softball = T - shirt and socks provided

· Season will consist of 8-12 games (pending age level), 1 game on a weekday and one game Saturday or Sunday**
· Senior Division Teams will compete in the Fall Southwest Suburban Fastpitch League.
· With the exception of OBSA Shetland Baseball and Rookie Softball, all other teams are “kid pitch”
· Season runs August 14th through October 31st.
· Team Rosters will be selected randomly, no requests please. Siblings in the same age group will be placed on same team.
*Age Level is determined by:
1) Baseball: if you are the age of [ ] by April 30th, 2021, you will play in that level, or in the case of softball, age of [ ] by December 31st, 2020,) if you will move up to in an age level in the spring of 2022, you can play at that level in the Fall 2021 or stay at the level you played in Spring 2021.
For example: if you were 6 years of age and played Shetland Spring 2021 and will be 7 years of age by April 30th, 2021, you can play at the Pinto or Rookie/Pinto level or play Shetland in the fall. If you are 14 years of age but will turn 15 by April 30th, 2022, you can play at the level you played at this spring. The same applies to Softball, but December 31st of this year (2021) is the cut off for Softball.
** Schedules and age groupings are subject to change based on final registration count.
