Qualifications:  

Must be a responsible and reliable person age 16 or older
Valid Illinois Driver’s License
Be in good physical health to perform manual labor in various weather conditions, including high heat and humidity
Must be able to work flexible hours and Saturday mornings
Good communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision, recognize priorities and meet deadlines 
Basic knowledge of athletic field maintenance required

 

Duties:  Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Field Maintenance and Field Crew Leader, the Athletic Field Maintenance worker must be able to perform a variety of field maintenance tasks.
Field Crew prepares athletic fields according to schedule and playing dimensions. This is an at-will position.
