OBSA Baseball Players 10 Yrs Old & Up:


Oswego Baseball & Softball Association is hosting a 6-week arm care program for players ages 10 and up run by Elite Baseball Training Instructors Craig Dixon and Alex Hales. PLEASE REGISTER ASAP! Program starts Tuesday Sept. 3!!!!!

Cost:    $150 new attendee, includes Jaeger Bands, laminated exercise sheet, & door stopper for use indoors.
Returning Campers $117
If New JBAND is needed add $30

When:Youth 10u to 13u (Tuesdays) - 9/3, 9/10, 9/17, 9/24.
14u to High School (Wednesdays) - 9/4, 9/11, 9/18, 9/25, 10/2, 10/9.

Camp would be divided into 2 different groups


Youth Camp will be on Tuesday nights, on Oswego High School Field 3.  
Youth (age 10-13) 10u to 13u for 2020 Season
Sessions Times: 6pm to 7:30pm  
Dates: 9/3, 9/10, 9/17, 9/24. 

HS Camp will be on Wednesday nights on Oswego High School Varsity Field (OHS Field House if inclement weather)
High School (age 14-18) 14u and up for 2020 Season
Sessions Times: 6pm to 8pm 
Dates: 9/4, 9/11, 9/18, 9/25, 10/2, 10/9.

Any and All Players age 10 and up are welcome, please feel free to pass this on to any player that you think would benefit from this opportunity 

Sessions will include:

1.) Dynamic Stretch & Run
2.) Arm Care
3.) Jaeger Bands Workout
4.) Long Toss
5.) Baseline Velocity with Tracking
6.) Circuit Training Workout & Thrash Session with Tracking
7.) Mental Approach

This will be a great opportunity for every level of player to:

*learn proper arm care maintenance,

*learn how to properly long toss to get the most out of there body,

*get a base-line velocity (then tracked every week to see improvements
from their work they put in between sessions),

*get a base-line circuit training reading (then tracked every week to see
improvements from their work they put in between sessions,)

*formulate a plan of what needs to be done to properly get their
Mind-Body-Arm ready

*learn how to listen to their arm

*learn how to use their body to become more athletic
